Title: shift drum needed

Ok fellas I need to find a nice shift drum, im helping a friend out and his is chipped and I have 2 complete spare tranis and I dont want to seperate it for long. I'm gonna use one of mine for him hoping I can replace it shortly.

No, I have no idea how it happened.  But the another one I was gonna get back that I sent out with some trani parts that I shipped out and it was I my other one.

:sorrow: Any time you have to force TRX250R cases together when building, theres something wrong. It could be somethings as small as a nick on a dowel pin or getting them a little crooked as your sliding them together, but they should be free to slide right together with no problem.
I've had some, was so easy they clunked when the cases slapped together.

He said they went together easy but when I went to shift through the gears he couldnt down shift and that is when he found the drum broke.

I do recall the first time I tried to remove the CB without being in the right position. I used 2 large screwdrivers to try and pry it out. It just would not budge.Tried several times with no luck. Discouraging then, amusing now.
