I have a similar setup (344 and 38a/s) and the last time out I used 52p, 188m and DGH in the second clip, that worked pretty good but I want to try a needle that is a touch leaner in the middle.

I usually bump up the main until it won't quite clean out then go back down one. The needle takes quite a bit of trial and error to get it right.  And I think a 50 pilot might be better for me but I want to keep it all a little rich until I get this thing broken in a little more.
