Heres a 87 OEM cylinder I bought off ebay a few years back. I figured you did not one that has been ported.

If he does not want this one all you have to do is pay shipping. I do have 2 more 87-89 cylinders that have some kind of porting looking for a new home. Just pay for the ride.

Around 2000, all sharpie marks have been removed. I still have my original 87 cylinder that had "national" porting what ever that is. I sanded it down for polishing and never finished it. Too many polished OEM cylinders on Ebay
-
I would be interested in one if you have any left lol!!
-
I'm sure it cost Pumashine to buy it plus shipping. That's cool to give it away to help out a member. Thumbs up, now can we see the flow sheet? Lmao

Hey Tony, do any of the 88-89 cylinders have what looks like woods/xc type porting?

Sorry I do not know what porting they have. Bought the motors to put on big bores and spare transmissions.

OK, thanks. I'm sending you a PM.

OK you are #4 Still got six 85-86 style. Spacer plates are an additional. $10 if you need one.

Seriously?? You are giving away OEM cyls for shipping cost??
If this is for real, I would take an '85/'96 style off your hands!
Or if this is something special for guys in bad need or something, I will bow out...

Just a site promotion. I am never going to use these. Some guys have broken cylinders or ones the porting is not what they want. Just trying to help out my brothers here on the new site. I will take pics tomorrow and let you choose in order of 1st come 1st serve. Have six 85-86 left at this point. I do not remember how to tell the difference in the 85-86. Joe, if you want to let me know I would appreciate it.
-
Tony, as far as I am aware the only difference between and '85 and '86 cylinder is the color. I remember reading somewhere else that there are a couple subtle differences in the cylinder castings in the coolant jacket areas between the 2, but I'm not 100% sure.
That is a heck of a cool thing you are doing!
I will be gone all day riding with my family tomorrow. SO I wont be on till later tomorrow evening to look at pics. I'll take whatever, I'm not going to be choosey on a deal like this.
Just pencil me in for one if you would.. :)
