Ya real easy fix
Just use a lot of grease when installing
I've torn two on brand new rebuilds
Grease on oring and on the outer rim of case
Pop in slowly

Yup remove flywheel ,pickup
Then remove the three bolts holding it
Be carefull the those bolts like to snap
I haven't had that issue ,but others have

It's a little tricky pulling it out from that side but it can be done
Get a rubber mallet
Pair of vice grips
Place the vice grips on the holder with a rag in the jaws so it doesn't bend or put marks on the holder
As ur pulling on the holder ,spin it with a rubber mallet and it will pop out
Lots of patiences

No timing to deal with
Just align the key on crank with slot on flywheel

Get it from Honda
It sits in a groove around the whole holder
I'm pretty sure its a buna type
But u can always use a viton

On the cr ignition there is timing
I don't have one, hopefully someone well chime in
