Title: Tee Shirt order thread

Doing a run of tee shirts, with the logo above, screen printed across the chest on black tee shirts.

Need a list of sizes you all want. Pricing should be ~$15 per shirt based on my orders in the past with same place. Quantities will play a role in that, the more the cheaper obviously. I will get firm pricing and a proof of design. Just need to get the ball rolling.

Just doing tee shirts for now, later this fall we can do sweatshirts and hats if you all want any of those.... or other, can do just about anything...

Looks like cost is exactly 15 bucks, $6 for the base-shirt, and $9 for the screen printing fee. I'll see if I can't get a break on that.... LOL! 2XL is $1 extra, 3XL is $2 extra... and so on.

Adult sizes: S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL
Women sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL
Youth: XS, S, M, L, XL

Thread will close Friday of next week to get the orders in.

I will try and post a proof of the image before then as well.

How about printing across the back instead of the chest? Usually the back makes a better billboard for logos than the chest does, especially if you're wearing it and passing people on your 250R

Are these like the shirts Dan did? Only because that damn thing was too small by the time I got it...or I've been eating too many CHEESEburgers (that's for you Troy).

Also, not to hijack, but if anyone wanted to do embroidered t-shirts at any point, I've got a buddy that owns a shop if we ever wanted to go that route.

No these are different shirts than the ones Dan did. My wife wears those now... LOL! Unless I want to show off the gun show! I think Dan got those shirts a Hollister or something for the 125 lb soaking wet pip-squeak frat boys...

I'll try and do a mock up of the shirts this weekend, I'm leaning towards the trx250R.org logo on the front. It will look best with black but we can try other colors.

Sponsors help the site, things tied to it need to support them also. I have companies that sponsor me racing, and when i made shirts i made damn sure they where on it. They are paying for the exposure. Add small logos on the back across bottom or something like that. BUT IMO they NEED to be on there like it or not.

This is my feeling as well, but to get work on the sleeve is going to jump the cost way up. Something on the back towards the bottom would work.

They put the money up so why not support them, and none of them I have a problem with supporting.

If someone else has some free time maybe they can figure the costs of all options... from past experience its 9 dollars per artwork typically, i.e. 9 for the front logo, 9 for the back logo and 9-ish for the side logo plus cost of the shirt which was 6 bucks.

Cost for tee-shirts are $11 bucks my cost on them from GTM, not sure what shipping will be etc...

That is for black shirt with trx250r.org logo txt only across chest on front, and full logo with background on back, and small logo txt only on left sleeve. Still checking on white, red, options too.

Do we have all that want one on the list? Recheck yours to make sure its correct, I'm not ordering extra... I'm sending this off probably tonight... Tee shirt price is 11 bucks, plus ship and pp fees, (prefer check, I don't need a ton of hits on my PP accout, LOL!!!!!) ...if you want to make a small donation I'll send that to Jon/Tony to help fund this site, if not no worries!! I tried to get the shirts as price sensitive as possibly but still be a nice shirt. We can do hoodies, jackets, hats, etc.. later this fall!

shipping u can get those card board large envelopes for free at some shipping centers, or like $1 a piece. a shirt folded would for sure fit into it

I think your best bet will the usps prepaid. You can easily fit one or two in the 5 dollar box, padded envelope, then step up to the 10 dollar box for anything higher. Just my 2 pennies.

Shipping in a USPS envlope (bubble wrap envelop) is $5.95, if it fits it ships, they don't have the 5-ish dollar boxes anymore. So it will be around 17 shipped, still figuring what they are chargning me for tax, I think its 8.5% (Riley County Sales tax)

I'm think we are going to use Pumashine's paypal account, so you will all pay him then he can pay me.

Update on shipping. We did a test with some options at the post office and got a good plan. We ordered 100 envelopes (bubble wrap) and they are 5.95 shipping costs. On the XL and below we can get 3 shirts into them. On the larger shirts, only 2 so I need to go thru and figure shipping individually for all. I'm trying to keep the costs down as much as possible, otherwise I would tell you 20 or 25 bucks a shirt regardless...

Troy, if you can, print the labels out at home through the USPS website. You'll save yourself about a quarter per envelope. It's not much but when you're shipping that many out, you can save yourself a few bucks.

We only did one color of shirts and they were all Black. It is the site logo on the front and the site logo with silhoutte of the 250r in the background like the top banner of the site on the back, and the a smaller logo on the sleeve.
