Title: Paddle choice
Post by: Rupp250 on November 25, 2013, 03:41:02 PM
So right now I am running a non full buff 22x11x8 8pdle hauler. My bike is a stock frame +6 swing with struts. bike dynos @70hp.
It does not hook hard enough out of the hole.

I was thinking of getting a 22x11x8 10pdle full buff but I see a set of 11 pdle gliders on ebay. Comparable?

8 paddle hauler will hook up more than the 11 glider out of the hole.  Glider is faster on top end though

In Michigan we would have 12 or 10 extreme triple buffs dragging in the flat sand

I have a set of 8 paddle extremes 10" wide on 10" rims. They hook nice. Fullerton in CA is the place to go for hurlers and extremes

I think the sand might be different out here in California then Michigan
I would say 10 paddle haulers

We definitely run more paddle in Michigan.  I used a 10 paddle hauler at Glamis on the hill and they worked great.  Not nearly enough paddle in Michigan sand though.
