Gotta get the new bearings in the swingarm and get a new bearing carrier and it will be back to a roller..... Time and money!

Your frame has had the swinger mounting area re made. Did you run it before taking apart?

Yes it works fine! I will eventually buy an aftermarket no-link setup! Have to finish it before I can go aftermarket frame route!

Ive got a set of 88-89 front, rear hubs, and a brakestay powdered "granny smith green" looks very similiar, i see you have white hubs, but id sell you the set super cheap, brand new seals and bearing on the fronts.

I'm liking it budd!! Just a couple things. First off where will you be mounting that gun I see laying there with your parts? And who makes it Duncan, Roll, Nac's maybe??? I also have a line on something you may want. TM Designs makes plastic grommets with o-rings on them for your front seat mounts, they don't wear out like the OEM rubber ones, plus they're on closeout Heres the link http://www.tmdesignworks.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=254&products_id=538

Coming along nicely.  One thing I see is you are running a 88-89 swingarm on a 86.  I personally would not do this without welding in the rear mount into the frame.  My 87 came with a 88-89 arm and I believe this is why the frame was cracked and it also had no headstay so it was missing alot of support.

new ball joints in. New bearings and seals in the hubs and all mounted up! Now on to the motor and plastic! She's gettin there!

I have an 88 my stock swingarm does not have a chain guide mount on the bottom of the swingarm. Did you have someone weld that on and what chain guide would it use.

It's a burgard 88/89 length it's not the stock one. TM is what I'm getting to put on it

Your bike looks bitchen! What color graphics did you end up going with? How do you like the LRD 265pv? I found pretty much the same pro-x 265PV cylinder done by LRD at a garage sale & have been wanting to try it out but my oem cylinder runs really good, so I'm reluctant to change a dialed combination just to gain 12-15cc unless the PV makes it worth it.

Get Black and green graphics to match the rest of the bike. It will tie everything together and give ur bike that "I'm finished Look" lol! Keep it up buddy the bikes looking great!!! Now where did you end up hiding/mounting that Glock I mean toy gun I saw in the first early on pics of this build?????

 Ohh and paint those Blue shock springs green to. it will look sick and paint the rear spring that came color green!! You'll be suprised how much of a difference it will make bro! Just my 2 cents. Gnight mane!!!

Very nicely done! I think some oem 86 250r graphics would be perfect, but maybe with some green instead of blue/red.
