Title: 3rd party money holder for shipping quad?

Does anyone know a site that holds money until delivery is confirmed?   I thought I saw one a couple years ago, but can't remember



Possibly buying a quad from Cali.

a few years back alot of these were scams that the seller setup there own holding companies,
so be carful

my advice is if you cant trust the seller with payment then dont buy
