Back '87 I tried one, lots more travel! From 9" to 12" rear shock revalve and respringing maybe needed. Originally Ed & Jeff Frisk designed back in'86-7

For someone wanting to try no link suspension without spending a ton it's a good way. Much care needs to be taken with the front bolts. It looks like there is a lot going on there in that picture. Do you have any more shots of that setup? Me wanna see.

I know....right. I'm crackin' that whip. The problem is I'm stuck in a hotel rm, away from all my stuff and all I can do is dream. That's a clean looking setup Dez and I was gonna get rid of my 89 swingarm and my link eliminator but now I'm reconsidering.

Got me motivated

Here's the pics

There's the first rendition off the atv then there's the second installed. You can tell the first rendition was ran for awhile, the 1/2" bottom (two 1/4" bottom plates) is separating from miles & miles of rocks.

The one has 1/4" gusset plates welded in, which lasted a couple years before I had to chase the cracks. The other has two 1/4" plates welded in and a more durable skid plate. Had to upgrade those forward mounting bolts 10 x1.5
