Title: Boss swinger bearings
Post by: broken1 on January 28, 2014, 09:01:50 PM
I need a swing arm bearing kit for my wifes 86 & was looking at boss, are they any good? I've used pivot works on my 86 but they seem to wear out fast.

I have used all kinds of Boss/All Balls bearings in the past with no issues. I just received my swinger and stem bearing for the 450r.

I don't know if you'd be interested, but I've got a brand new set of '86 swingarm bearings I bought by mistake.  Asking $35 shipped.

Wow just checked prices on boss bearings... they are pretty cheap!  They offer some nice rebuild kits as well....

Have you thought about the poly ones? Heard they last awhile! I was going to use them on my next build.
