Title: Kick start and clutch cover differences

Ok, I have been trying to figure this out for 3 days. I found a thread that shows the differences heck I KNOW the differences my problem is I have no idea which year is which. which year cover has the spacer built in and which kicker corresponds to that cover?

Can someone PLEASE point out which year is which in the picture below.

Those are my pics. the clutch cover on the left is the earlier style that uses the  spacer, the shaft and gear that go with it are on the right in those pics.
