What causes spider webbing?

Not sure drying out? Is it preventable? Guinea pig for spectrachrome?
-
Maybe give Maier a call, they might have an answer on how to prevent that type of thing.

My 89's went bad which sucks because they are perfect other than surface cracking. My 86 fenders have only light spider webbing along the tank. It has to be related to environmental conditions and or a combination of heat/cold and maybe a chemical reagent. What happened to T8R6X seems to have occurred with no warning...just have to wonder what triggered it.

it was crazy i took them off a month or so ago covered them with light moving pads, then pulled them out the put them on and noticed it! It blows!

that sucks! plastics will crack from being cold.
