Just saw these the other day (http://i603.photobucket.com/albums/tt116/Allison55/image-19.jpg) (http://s603.photobucket.com/user/Allison55/media/image-19.jpg.html)
Does anyone know if there going to make them for the 250R?

About 6 months ago I saw them when I was looking for new reeds. Didn't have them for the 250r yet. I ended up getting some mint vf2... Which is what I really wanted anyway.
-
I've been hoping for some vf4's also. Why do you like the vf2's better Wes?
-
Well, just my preference I guess. Everywhere I've read is that the 2's flows slightly better than the 3's. Prob not a noticeable difference.
-
vf4 been around for several years. originally they were only made for ktm250. then recently you can get some for banshee. ive got em on my ktm because thats what they use from the factory. not sure if their better than anything else because i havent tried anything else.

I called them a while ago and asked about them for my lt500, he said they didn't plan on making them...but the 250r honda style he said should be out by this summer!!

This is good news. I emailed for an update this morning.

Last I read, they weren't making any for the 250r, but I would be VERY interested to hear if they planned to anytime soon.

Any one had trouble with the petals.I bought a set of v force3 last year and I tore the r down and noticed one was chipped. When I changed them the other had spots I could see through when I held them up to the light. Is that common or?

v3 and v4 seem to both do well in the short term. havent had any problem with either one yet. not sure about long term. most likely they wont last as long as the thick fiberglass stuff. should last a couple years i would think unless you log 20hrs every weekend then maybe change em sooner
the diference i noticed is the leading edge on the divider. v3 was more round . v4 is sharper

I dropped them an email too. Maybe if some interest is shown they'll design them for us. I run the rad valve now and I'm happy with it but I would like to have another option available. I like the new technology!
