Don't have a set Burns but are you replacing the 400EX spindles with these?

Too bad you need 89's.  I have a real nice set of 88's I'm about to list on Ebay.

88.  No taper so you need to remove the spacer in the hub to run these.  I prefer to follow Honda engineering and match the 88 hubs to the 88 knuckles like they designed it.
