Post by: seanoktm on August 05, 2013, 09:35:38 PM: I didnt play with the msd to much last weekend. I only messed with the start up timing and the launch limiter. I did play with the timing some on the dyno and the motor likes timing. Here is a few more pictures. I was stoked i ran a 4.24 twice on the puma its gone a 4.17 in the sand last year with my buddy on it. The 12 rippers worked well.

Post by: seanoktm on September 01, 2013, 09:31:10 AM: Got the bike running decent this weekend so far. Had to put the 12 rippers on to get the 60's down. Got the jockey to make some passes last night ran a 4.133 with a 1.453 60ft and backed it up next pass with a 4.132 with a 1.438 60ft.

Post by: seanoktm on January 22, 2014, 01:52:15 PM: It was on cl. The motor is not staying in the chassis. I am putting my 370 in this for a dune drag bike. The polonda that was in this will go in my trike sometime once the motor gets torn apart. The polonda is a 394cc has a yz250 rod,8 plate clutch and a 1-4 override. Not a bad deal for $2200. That chassis has jj&a 3spoke's, drag a arms and spindles,works triple rate shocks,plus 8 swing arm,modquad drag axle and 10 paddle sls haulers.

Post by: seanoktm on January 24, 2014, 10:14:29 AM: Suppose to run pretty decent was told it ran a 4.6 at the local pure sand track with a 260 lbs rider how it was set up. I will be having the motor gone through and put my 1-5 n down override in it and keep the 1-4 for a spare before i run it. I think i could get it to run 4.3s how i will set it up.

The polonda needs some tuning. But not bad for a dirt cheap motor.

Post by: seanoktm on August 09, 2014, 03:50:29 PM: From last night no idea. We are running a top 10 fastest 2 stroke and 4 stroke heads up grudge racing at the track on fridays. Last night was the first time its ran this year. Best my puma has been so far is a 4.13 its got more in it to. Should be able to run 4.0s-3.9s if the tracks decant ever. Albany changes a lot. I like running it at night i think thats when it runs its best but we don't get slips so i don't know what its doing.

Normal they don't race Friday but the Friday night grudge racing is doing good a good amount of bikes and spectators. Who all is coming up that you know? No problem brad we got something for those twins to cry about.

May have been Sonny, cant remember his last name, and his brother, 10DM and 18DMX. And a couple of NFR guys(nuts flush racing) Unsure if any are committed. Next year I should be able to make some races up there.
