Well here it is all. Bought my wife this 86 last June, stock suspension, vf2 reeds and fmf pipe with minor port work on stock cylinder.
Now it has an 89 frame, lsr +2/4 axle, Esr elim kit and trx5 cm pipe, 38pj carb, and tons if pink.
Bought bike for $1200, have just under $2500 into it, and that doesn't include selling parts off it(so it's be about 2k then).
And yes I know, the paddles are backwards, trying something out to fit her ride style.
Special thanks to Johann Morse, Wayne Walker, Jonathon Draper, Tony Weber, Marc Eberlein, Bob Nau, Steve Clegg, TJ's Powderskinz, Jerry White, Sam Whiteand I'm sure I'm missing some, for all the deals on parts and help along the way. Of course, thank you to my lovely wife Megan for riding PINNED and allowing me to build another R!
God Bless y'all and thanks for lookin!

And the final product, enjoy! I really like the seat cover here, not bad for the price i paid, although i do wish the gray was darker, but oh well.

Looks awesome! If my wife took a interest in riding my R's I would definetly have to do something like this for her. Well done man!

Thanks guys! I wish it wouldn't have had to be done on a budget, it killed me putting less than mint parts on, or non stainless buts and bolts but oh well. She is happy, I am happy. Got her mildly tuned in Saturday, now in out of town until late wed night, but we should be duning soon!
