I think my radiator is on its last leg so it is time for a replacement. I see the cheap ones from China on eBay for 65.00 or the PWR for about 390.00.
Any recommendations?

What size cylinder are you running?

Stock at the moment, but I have a ESR310 that I will put on later this summer.
I also do a lot of woods riding on tight trails so we run at a slow pace for periods of time.

Thanks for the offer. I will let you know.

Stock would do fine just curious why u think yours is bad
-
I would save up and go for a larger radiator if you are going up to a big bore. I know it's not much bigger but if you will be doing alot of 1st and 2nd gear riding through the woods on hot days, it might be worth having the larger cooler.

I noticed a few drops of coolant from the center of the radiator.

Any other brands I should look at?

I would consider PWR, Afco, and fluidyne. Fluidyne used to make Walsh's oversize radiators, not sure if they will still make them or not. Afco makes a nice dual pass radiator for about $370, but has the inlet and outlet tubes on the same side, so you can't run factory hoses. PWR makes a good radiator as well.

I went from stock to the fluidyne rad. Really nice radiator. I went from oem cylinder to a 350cc though so i wanted to be safe with the extra heat. I also have a really nice stock rad with no bent fins and also a grill on the front. Will sell for cheap if ya want it

Check out these guys http://www.motorcycleradiators.com All they do is repair and sell powersports radiators. I've heard good things about them.
