do you have a local gasket house ?  most likely they will give you a small scrap piece for free. i have bought larger pieces but sometimes they give me the scrap for free. was just there today actually so i can make more base gaskets. klingersil green is the best stuff ive found . hell if you pm me your adress ill just send you a piece and cut it out with scissors. seems like i have .018 and .030 thickness on hand right now

they dont sell them, but Cometic could make them if you really want them or go to auto zone and buy a roll of gasket material and cut them yourself. But most everyone I know just uses a good silicone, I like the Ultra Gray from permatex because it matches very good to the cylinder if a little squeezes out

I made these on the water jet back when the water outlets were not yet available. I cut 1" aluminum to an L shape with 2 mounting holes. Pete at hybrid bored the holes in the plate and turned one end into a spigot. This was the birth of the water outlets available today when you buy your cylinder. I bought a sheet of .030 gasket material 12" x 18" and sandwiched it between 2 thin sheets of aluminum. I used the pattern from the water spigot to make the ones in the picture.

You can paypal me $3 to print a shipping label and I will send them to you. Thanks, Tony

Tony I wonder if you can purchase the rubber coated stainless like cosmetic uses that should be easier to water jet than gasket material and they could be reused. I would be interested in those

I got you. Don't know if they would want to make these as they are only a few to be made. Yes the heavier reusable gasket material would be much easier to cut. Its pretty funny when you realize I am cutting the gaskets with water and they get soaking wet.
