Title: May GP Race

The track flooded again so there was only one race last weekend. I was a little disappointed that I was the only one in the Women's class, but I had a blast racing. Other than one guy trying to ride over me when I stalled it instead of going around like 12 other people did, it's the most fun racing I've had in long time.

For once I managed to kick it on the first try, but I still didn't get off the line that fast. I got a lot of practice passing, especially with the utility guys. Not sure what I can do to start any faster against the push buttons, although I've seen Kyle pull a hole shot on a dead start which was pretty awesome.

The video is the first 15 or so minutes of the race.

I'm not done watching the video yet but there are a couple of comments I have to make.  The freaking utility in the beginning sounds like it has a v8 in it.  Beastly sound.  This race looks like a blast within the first 5 minutes.  I'm jealous and now pissed that I'm moving to Alaska, the state that I can't find any XC/GNCC.  And lastly, nice bike.  You look to handle it quite well.

Now onto the remainder of the video and it looks to be another part!

That looks like a ton of fun! Nice riding. You do handle that R very well.

Thanks guys, I appreciate the comments :) The 'smaller' utility quad is an 800, not sure what the bigger one is. My only option is to pass them in the corners, there's no passing them on the straights. From now on I need to get ahead of them and stay ahead of them, lol.

Keep up the good work.
There's only 3-5 women that race in the series I run in. Most of them are on 400's or 450's. Lexie Coulter does run in our series from time to time. But she runs the Open A class, one step from Pro. Faster than all but a few guys too. She smokes me and my buddies. lol
