I have a 86 frame with a 88-89 stock swingarm and want to put in a nice factory type mount (like the 88-89 frame)in. Do you make anything like this or can you? I did see it would be easier to just make a small mount to go from the bottom holes to the linkage mount but figure honda put it on the one on top for a reason. Thanks

I do not have access to tube bending equipment and welders. Jason PDXTRX has a shop making custom swingarms, a-arms, footpegs and other trx250r goodies. Send him a PM to see if he is able to do this mod.

Thats a great idea Tony, I'm down for one of those tubes too. I'll contact Jaosn and see what he says

I did some research on this, as I was planning to do the same thing, but decided against another stock frame build. But I was going to put in just the lower rear motor mount and the leave the upper open like Walsh, laeger and some lsr and arens frames. I was going to build a 3/16 or 1/4 lower rear mount, beef up the lower middle one, then tun stock headstay and front mounts.
2 things to watch when doing this, swingarm/case clearance, and don't twist the engine.
