Think you can make something like this?  It the oem 86-87 steering stem handlebar/headlight mount, cut up to fit over an aftermarket stem and provide way to mount headlight.

Anything can be made but this one I cannot make cost effective. If someone created this part then it is best to go to that guy to get it made.

But just maybe you'll think up a new more cost friendly design!

Most people don't want to pay for R&D for there one off project. Or they don't realize hourly shop rates are not the same across this vast country.
My local fab shops around here have a $125 per hour rate and a $150 minimum. Unless someone see that they can make several of one item, and spread the costs out, a one off gets pricey.

Kasey has alot of ideas for make trick parts for building ??? The small hubs have a 3 on 100mm BHC. He sent me the first pic but it is hard to duplicate because it is not to scale. I sent  croat1 the pic+info  and he sent me a file to cut the small hub. I modified his original file to what is now cut. Thanks Joe.

looks sweet, i would have drawn the width of the center circle the same width as the width of the legs, the legs look a bit wider than the center circle but im sure they will work fine.

Anything can be drawn. If it is not to scale then the physical limitations cannot be addressed.

we talked about that,, but i it wouldn't have looked as EXTREME and that's what i wanted,, they look perfect...  bringing the imaginary second circle in helped make that happen ,, the fingers would not be as KOOOOL  if you did it that way,,,,

To the original posted, a bracket like that to mount lights could be printed out of Nylon 645 bridge material, (once I get the material figured out)...
