Title: Advice on "broken " pro peg mount

Lsr Baja frame.  The rear propeg mount is cracked all the way around.  Not the tube itself, but the connection point where the tube slides into the frame.  Is this a big deal?  With the nerf bars on, the tube can't slide out, so this seems like a superficial weld?

if I'm thinking correctly a pro peg frame has the tube welded to the frame...and then the nerf slides onto the tube.  I say it needs welded.
