What kind of problems does the counter balancer being out of time cause? Other than vibrations.

None that I can think of other than vibrations. Maybe rattle some nuts and bolts loose over time

The vibrations will severe all motor mounts. Don't you think they put a timing mark on it for a reason?

Is there any other marks you need to line up besides the counter balancer marks and the one on the gear next to it? I just lined those to up...but wonder if there was anymore.

There is one on the crank and crank gear.

I think the hotrod cranks don't have a mark at TDC like OEM to line up with the crank gear

Surprisingly....mine did have a timing mark.

Get the piston at TDC and line up the dots on the gears and you're done
