Title: Walsh 1 1/8 Fatbar Anti Vibe Stem Clamp

Selling my Walsh 1 1/8 fat bar anti vibe steering stem clamp.  It is used and has some rubbing in the aluminum on the lower half of the clamps.  The biggest issue is the screws for the tether mount broke off and need to be removed.  I was going to remove them but just haven't yet.

If it matters any, those neoprene bushings that hold the clamp to the stem are brand new
