Getting ready to start a hybrid build, putting my Lt500r motor in a TRX250r frame. Looking for an exhaust or info on the Aaen hybrid pipe that is available, anyone here run the Aaen hybrid pipe?

I don't think anyone has run this Aaen pipe. Arlan at LED can build you one. He has the templates from one he made a few years ago. If you go the Aaen route I would ask them to not weld on the header or the mounts. Every hybrid will mount alitte different. At least this way you can mount the pieces so it will all fit perfectly.

Yeah I talked to Arlan yesterday, he can build one, I was hoping to get lucky and come across a used one and save some money. My Zilla has an LED pipe on it now and i like the power it makes. I will post on the quadracer site as well. Thanks for the info.

A zilla LRD pipe can be made to fit a trx frame but some fab is involved.

I will look into this option, i really like the pipe that i have now. shoot me a text or a pm let me know what you want for your frame. After riding my TRX500 last week, I really want to do the Zilla motor next.

Jerry Hall is the man when it come to anything lt 500, id pm him for info. His in frame 500 pipe is amazing but not cheap. I've never meet anyone who regretted buying one.

True statement but unless you get the quad to jerry that pipe is never gonna fit.

So you have his pipe! I talked with Jeremy a couple of days ago , we made a deal for his frame. Sounds like i need to talk to you about the rear brake pedal and kick starter for this build?

Agreed, Jerry does great work he in fact did the cylinder for my Lt500:victorious: In my opinion Arlan is right there with him.
