Anybody running one of those eBay radiators for about $70? They look decent but that sure is a cheap price. I wonder how they work?

Im running one on my XC bike, The lower pegs didnt fit very well, the radiator is so wide that it hit the frame before dropping in the lower holes, so i made adapter brackets and it works great, the construction seems really good.

I have one and it seems just fine. The lower spigot gives some people trouble on 88/89 frames. I run one of those ebay radiators with no problems at all! Had to re-align the lower spigot a little, but works great!

What temps are you at normally with that radiator Burns? During XC racing that is.

I'm probably going to pick one up just to be safe

I havent rode a race with this radiator yet.  Before with a stock radiator i was seeing way to hot of temps.  I have put a BB pipe on and this larger radiator since and have done some testing.  Temps are running int he 180's, i attribute it to both the larger stinger and radiator though.

My 363 was simply making to much heat for a stock radiator and a smaller pipe stinger, just couldnt get rid of it in time.

This is a decent radiator, but in my experience, it didn't cool any better at all than a stock radiator. I saw the exact same temperature with the stock radiator and this one. However, if you have a beat up stock radiator and need a replacement, it's definitely worth the money.

That is what I'm looking for... just a new, oem replacement. My stock radiator is in good shape, but it has a few coats of paint on it. I'm sure the paint is hurting the efficiency of the aluminum at removing heat. I can't think of any safe way to remove the paint from the radiator. . . . .
