Just installed a sparks pipe and silencer today. The pipe fits ok, when you rev it up the pipe wants to separate , the springs aren't stiff enough but i think some sealant will fix that. The issue is the silencer it fits like crap, hits the frame when mounted to the rear mount and dosent even come close to the lower mount. If anyone has a pic of there sparks set up i would like to see how yours is done. And any suggestions are welcome

Yes, you will need to use some sealant. The springs are not enough. On my sparks setup, I mounted the silencer using one of the rear exhaust hangers. You won't be able to use the lower mount, atleast I couldn't on mine. I also had to make a bracket to mount mine to an exhaust hanger on the front motor mount. I will try to post some pics first chance I get.

Yes, I also made the motor mount bracket, but the silencer is a pain in the ass. I had an Lrd mounted before and it fit perfect. I am a little anal about fit and look. I don't want to have a cobbled up look! Waiting patently for pics lol

I know this is not a Sparks silencer, but I am using the same exhaust hanger for the rear most mounting location. Like I mentioned, you can use the lower mount with this setup. But you should be able to set up your silencer with this same rear most exhaust hanger. Hope this helps.
