Post by: pantera1975 on September 14, 2014, 11:25:14 PM
What's the difference in years of the 250r cdi are any of them still available from honda yet? There is a guy I pm on fb that makes harness maybe convert a 85/86 atc to a newer trx cdi??

Curves are different. In all honesty I personally don't ride enough to tell the difference between the years.

85 atc has dif plug also. I like the 88-89 curve best, but it's not that different. Only after years of riding my R(quad) with the 86 cdi could I  feel the slight dif. I have several R's now, but still have my 1st.

HA2 (86/87) and HB9 (88/89) are the trx numbers, just an FYI.  No idea on the curves tho :)
