No. A friend posted it on facebook. He knows the guy that built it. He said it has an atc70 recoil on it to start it

I have to ask,  Is the chainsaw chain on backwards and this cuts on the 'up cut' ?

Chain only spins one way on a saw. If it's on backwards it won't cut.
