Alot of people really like the ESR TRX5 pipes for overall performance. I have a Sparks mx pipe and silencer in the for sale section that also works very well with the 310's. I have ran it for quite a wehile on my 310. It is very similar to the TRX 5 pipe, but I think it puts out a bit more power. You can't buy the Sparks mx pipes anymore so alot opt for the TRX 5's.

thanks for the info i have a paul tunner 89 race with sparks silencer think i would feel the difference btween that and the trx5

I started out with the PT pipes on my 250. They make real good power. I ended up selling them all and going to the TRX5 and TRX9. You will only gain 3-5 horsepower. But it is a gain. Not sure you will actually feel it with the butt dyno.

I've got a CT mid pipe on my 310 and love it for what it's worth. Had an FMF Gold. The CT is hands-down a million times better everywhere in the RPM range.

The ct national mid is great on a 310 but lacks some top end compared to the trx5. If you are mostly riding woods , trails and mx the ct is hard to beat. If you mix up some dunes with the above the trx5 gives up a little low and mid but works better up high. (I've got both and prefer the trx5b for my use.

The Sparks MX pipe is a really fun pipe to ride, hits really hard in the mid-range.
The ESR TRX5 seems to be one of the best all-around pipes available. It's probably the most popular pipe in the 250R world, and for good reason
