It took about 10 or 12 mins to restart once it did it ran for almost an hour then stalled out again. It wouldn't start again. What is the problem with it ? Any help would useful.

What is your compression at?
What spark plug are you using and have you tried a new one?
What carb are you running and what jets are in it? Is it clean?
Have you cleaned all electrical connections and contacts? Including under the flywheel?

The motor had a complete rebuild in Feb 2014. Haven't tried a new plug. Carb is a stock one.idk what jets its running. As for electrical connection and contacts nope. Which ones?

Check the plug first and if the plugs fouled the carb might need to be re jetted. Start by posting a pic of the plug.

All electrical connections including grounds. You need to pull that carb off and verify what jets you have in there. Do a complete cleaning of it as well

Start by taking a pic of the plug. Chances are you're running rich, and just fouling it out.
