Title: PLZ help Swing Arm identify

I'm sure some have seen this on ebay. Can anybody give me more details?

I'm pretty sure it's a EEE. It looks like the one I bought a million years ago. They made a arms, bumpers, frames. I believe that's where Timmy Boy came from. I think they made an independent rear suspension quad. One of the magazine scans on the other site has it.[ATTACH=CONFIG]512[/ATTACH]
