Wow... Steep man.
Maybe you can point me somewhere I can look at pricing of used Axis shocks? I know they are around 2500$ new, and also that not many have been offered for sale/sold on this site in the last year.

You are very right in knowing they're more rare, not many people spend the cash on standard travel shocks. I have triple rate fully adj long travel axis fronts and rears that I paid $1000 for, all in mint shape needing nothing. I apologize for the rude comment earlier, a little shell shock I guess. Good luck with the sale!

Would be an interesting poll to see which is more common these days: long travel or standard travel 250r setups.
Either way, I'm negotiable, and if we can make it work I will split them up...If you want to buy some nice used Custom Axis shocks, hit me up.

So in your opinion this was just a run of the mill deal, anyone could find any time they wanted?

Theres some axis fronts on ebay for $450 that have been there for a while now. Says they came off a 400ex and they do look rough so definately will need to be rebuilt.
