Guy is a cheater!!!! He is using stickum on his gloves for sure! To catch a 40-50 yard pass over head and hyper extended with 3 fingers is horse shit! One handed catches are common, but that catch is pretty much physically impossible without some sort illegal sticky substance. I don't care what your grip strength is... At least the Cowboys won.
Maybe he doesn't use stickum but... its a bit hard to believe with that catch.

If you've ever used those gloves while playing indoors or when the weather is perfect and dry, it's almost impossible not to catch the ball
But he was doing those types of catches in pregame warm-ups so it didn't surprise me. Still a phenomenal catch

As a former LSU athlete and huge HUGE LSU Tigers football fan I have to comment. Yes, the gloves offer an advantage. But lets be real, every receiver uses the gloves so they are all on a level playing field. Odell is an absolute MONSTER. He is also a VERY good soccer player, which he excelled at before football.

Sure you can! Deductive reasoning is all the proof I need. Not saying he is not a great receiver/ athlete, I am having trouble believing the catch he made was without assistance. I have seen the other video too, but it doesn't mean he wasn't doing the same thing in that video. Those throws were lofted throws from about 15 yards out the ball has a lot less rotation and momentum than his catch last night. I Played receiver for 11 years growing up and have worn those gloves. They definitely help with grip but not to that extent. We can all think what we want, that catch is just not natural.

I've made catches similar to that without gloves before, obviously less of an arm throwing it, but it's doable. Sorry your hands are weak pro fab, or shall I say butt hurt cowboys fan. Grow up man. It was an amazing catch, to call a man a cheater after a feat like that is pathetic. The kid is a stud who made your boys secondary look weak last night.

It was the best catch I've ever seen. But it wasn't in a playoff game, and the game really didn't matter, and the Giants suck balls.
It won't get the historic coverage like "the immaculate reception" or "the catch"

Oh no, a Cowboy's fan. While I spent 7 years in Texas, I can't stand Tony Homo or the Cowboys. But hey, they've got a solid team so I can't knock them too much. I'm not a huge NFL fan, I'm all about NCAA Football. It's crazy how every sports analyst said no one could go in to Seattle and win this year, and now look what's happened. The thing I do love about the NFL is that on any given day, any team can beat any team, it's truly an unpredictable league....always keeps you guessing.

Week six the cowboys went into Seattle and handed you guys your first loss at home. That's when everyone started to question their dominance in the NFC. But the seahawks, not the cowboys or any team, did win the super bowl last year so it's really just jealousy talking!

Haters gonna hate. Believe me I hear it all the time. The only things I am going to say is that if it was me and I had two broken transverse processes on my spine, I would probably thrown in the towel and stayed home counting my new contract money but he doesn't. He makes mistakes but he is one tough dude that leaves it all out there. He does hold the franchise record for TD's scored, most games with 3+ TD's, most games with 300+ yards and most 4th quarter game winning drives and will pass Aikman this year for most yards. Maybe, just maybe, he is not the only problem the cowboys have? But then again what the hell do I know! I'm just a guy that likes to drink beer and watch football on Sunday. Now let the Tony Romo hating begin.

Damn this got harsh ha! It was meant as a good ribbing guess I struck some feelings. My original comment should really be taken as a compliment to the guy but hey it's all in how you look at it. I am a Cowboys fan, we catch more shit than any other fan for any other team in the NFL. Tony Romo catches more shit than the fans but most just place blame rather than looking at the leading facts. Romo still lead in many stats over his career even with a D that hasn't kept points off the boards, or an o line to actually block. Our line and d have removed so much pressure from Romo and has opened up a run game that provides extreme depth that we have not had since the mid 90's.
