I recently started to have problems with my R. It started breaking up on long hills and long straights. After checking into the problem I found I was having fuel delivery problems. I have cleaned out the tank but found the pickup tube was falling apart, the petcock o-rings were falling apart and even with a inline filter junk is clogging the jets. WTF! My solution is replace the petcock, fuel line and carb. I'm looking for the most cost effective way to do it on a stock engine. Please give me some ideas.

After checking out the keihin carb site I found the pwk 35mm has almost the same inlet and outlet sizes are almost the same but will the throttle cable fit?
