I'm just wondering if people are interested in a complete mx rolldesign 250r pc2000 265cc. It was built in 2001 for the 2002 gnc series. I copied Travis Spaders national championship quad.I am the builder and only owner. The quad is in great shape. Any ideas on how much i should ask for it?

probably 5k
-
any more pic's
-
Skully,
Please send more pics and details to rockingkfarms@hotmail.com
I'm interested
-
I think you could get more than $5k. Chassis with arms and suspension get close to that. If it has a gullwing swing arm, those are highly sought after and would bring a fair amount of coin.
Parting it will bring more $. Do your research before you sell
Best regards

I'm interested; just email me pictures, location & price to smlhrrs@aol.com
Thanks!

It really sucks when you get those lowball offers. I had the same thing for sale a few months ago. Ended up parting it out. Got just under 11,000 for everything. The only thing I have left are my rims and tires. Every time I ever sold rims and tires the shipping was more than they were worth, so they are just sitting in the garage collecting dust. I had plenty of people telling me how interested they were in it but I wasn't gonna give it away. Didn't want to part it but for double the price your crazy not to.

Interested in any trades? 05 450 full xc build.
-
Damn that would look good in my garage.....
-
Let the bidding begin.....lol
-
WOW!! Sick ride... gotta fetch at least $7k whole....no?
-
probably 5k
this mean your laeger only worth 5k also?
its worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it is say!
-
Sure I don't know. It wasn't a bash. Bikes bring a ton more in parts than together. Everyone knows that.
-
Also there was only 1 pic and no specs when I commented.
And it looks to have been sitting for some time as the op eluded to. So motor needs gone through. Not a tip dollar bike IMHO. But in parts it's worth alot.
-
I think 5k is low, even if it needs all chassis bearings replaced and top end freshened. 6.5k - 7k is more like it IMO but you may have to wait for the right buyer. As you can see everyone wants it, but not everyone has the money to drop.

How hard is it to get a location?
-
It says Tennessee.....just not the town. I would love to own something like this someday. One of the nicest ones I have seen put together. I am sure it won't last long once it gets better exposure.
-
I live near Nashville and visit Knoxville often. The frame has no cracks and never been repaired or powder coated. The swing arm had been cracked and sent back to roll for the repair. I just used some Suzuki blue for paint. The engine I don't have a time on that. As I remember it to be pretty fresh.. The low end is fairly fresh too. I grenade the other i used in 2003 and purchase a complete never ran engine just for the low end.
After the 2002 season I ran xc on a yfz that I built. It has been sitting for so long i don't remember how long. I honestly think I could clean the carb. and new seals for the shocks. Then go racing anytime. i may be wrong but that's how I feel.

Post the price already
-
Ok I see a location, how about a price? Seems somebody is showing off.
-
I don't know how much to ask for the quad. It is more like a auction. I don't know what year the low end is. The cases are black and it took the spacer for the cylinder which my other low end did not.The other low end was from a 86
This quad wont sell fast. I am not in need for money. It will take a good offer to be able pry it out of my hands.
-
post it on ebay then
-
delete post, ban user LOL
-
I just talked with my wife and ask her what should be the least amount to take. She told me "you don't have to sell it". I feel so bad now. Maybe I did start this post in the wrong part of the forum. I really was just curious how much it was worth and if people were interested in it. Looks like there are people still interested.
-
I'd say it's worth about 9 to 10 grand as a complete bike for sale and I'm sure it cost more to build.
-
I can offer cash, or trade on a 2012 Ds450 + a good amount of cash. Can you private message on this site or no? First timer on here. 😝
-
If u decide on price let me know I'm close to Nashville thanks

That quad looks pretty familiar. Im sure i used to chase it around during the 2002 nationals lol.
You should keep it and race some of the SEQUAD stuff this year i think we have one in TN and one at london KY
-
Taking that apart to sell in pieces might give you a lifetime of bad luck
-
$7-7500

Still for sale?

I know Roll Design is still in business, I've bought a-arms from him. Anyone know why he is not making these anymore? I wish he would at least bring back the swingarms.
