It looks they they are no longer available from Honda. I need the rubber intake boot before and after the Carb.

Thanks

What size carb are you running? You can either find a nice used OEM, or buy a UPP intake manifold.

Here's the UPP Intakes: http://www.uppracing.com/index.php?cid=51

You'll have to comb the for sale section to find a good used OEM carb to airbox boot

Not sure which Carb I am running, I do know its a Keihin so it could be stock. I just took a hair dryer and heated the boot up and it came right off today. Yesterday when it was 20 degrees I could not get the one between the engine off.

Here is some pics of my throttle slide. If you look its scuffed up in places and also the rubber boot on top has deteriated. I know the rubber boot should be replaced but what do you guys think about the slide?(http://forums.trx250r.org/vbulletin_imports/1262_4461_2017-04-18_1021.jpg)(http://forums.trx250r.org/vbulletin_imports/1262_4462_2017-04-18_864.jpg)(http://forums.trx250r.org/vbulletin_imports/1262_4463_2017-04-18_480.jpg)

Thanks for the link, they don't give those away huh? I might just live with it as the rubber is just a little hard.

I took my caliper to my carb and I came up with 1.365 which is about  35MM so I am guessing its a stock 34MM.  The only number I could find is PJ07abaj2.

I cannot get the float to stop with it disassembled. The rubber on the float actually looks good but I will probably replace it. It doesnt look like that brass piece that the float sits in is replaceable, anyone know if it is?

Anyone have any thoughts on that slide? Is it still usable or are there going to be any problems with it sticking?

If it was me I'd be worried about it causing a lean condition.

I'd replace it for sure.
If a new carb isn't in the budget, another used slide should come pretty cheap if its the original 34mm.
I may have a spare slide here somewhere you could have. I'll check for you.
If that chrome flakes anymore you can guess where it will go. Not worth taking the chance for that reason or the sticking possibility.

I tried to get one of those, and they are out of stock.  The guy that makes them said they will likely be discontinued, since they are very difficult to make.  I ended up getting a pretty nice used OEM one off ebay, after some patient persistence.

Same here, I always keep an eye out on Ebay and FB. But it would be nice to have a new flexible one. I'm looking into using the suzuki 500 boot which is still available new.

So if my carb measures 1.365 on the intake side that figures out to about 35mm, I would guess it might taper a little bigger and would be smaller where the slide is so is it safe to say its a 34mm stock carb?

Thats a better price, thanks. Clutch basket came today, water pump gaskets, cover gasket and water pump bearing should be in tomorrow. Thanks to 4WHLr for sending me a slide I might be up and running by the weekend if I can get the float to quit running. I know I have gotten it cleaned up and better anyways.
