Title: ESR CR Ignition Timing Plate Degrees
Post by: F-Red on July 18, 2013, 10:30:33 AM
I spoke to Tom several years ago about, what their timing adapter plate was degreed? He couldn't give me answer, install it and your good to go. Neil has told me in the past, in the full retard postion
it is advanced, 5-6 degrees. Has anyone else had this same result. Neil, if your reading, I'm not doubting your word. :sign0188:

The ESR plate has zero degrees advanced I have personally checked it. I consider neil a good friend but he is wrong.

Supposedly CT made a slotted adapter plate that could be advanced or retarded be sides what can be advanced or retarded at the stator plate itself, but I have not seen one or even a picture of one so I am not sure about them
