Title: dragon alliance goggles
Post by: dem3500 on February 05, 2015, 02:42:57 PM
Has anyone used this brand goggles. They offered me a sponsorship but I've never heard of them. What sparked my interest is they claim to have tear offs that you can stack up to 28 at a time. They only offered me 25% off so I'd still be spending a chunk of money buying new goggles.

they are carried by most major retailers, my wife has a pair and she likes them. she doesnt utilize tear-offs or anything so i cant comment on that.

What's everyone using as far as tear offs or roll offs?

I use Scott roll-offs. They've worked great for me so far

I've never used roll offs. Does it only clear off a narrow strip across the goggles?

Yep about a 1.5 to 2in wide strip. I don't have problems with vision and i'm blind as a bat, no exaggeration

Haha OK cool! I'm probably over thinking things but I've had muddyed up goggles before and it really sucks. I even have an idea of how to carry two goggles and can swap goggles with one hand lol. I've watch plenty of YouTube vids of riders crossing the finish line without goggles and crudded up eyes. Doesn't look like fun to me!

There's been a few local races really early and really late in the season where my goggles were off before I completed the first lap lol
