Unpacked the A-Arms and saw this, gouges and scratches. No big deal, one phone call and it should be solved. Nope. The guy I spoke to couldn't have been more rude and disinterested if he'd tried. Big time who gives a F attitude. Anyone else have this problem with them or isolated incident?

yea but Mac doesnt know who to blame. I doubt your arms were damaged by shipper.
-
Yeah, good point. There's no way these were messed up by UPS, they were packaged really well. Guessing it happened at the factory. Thinking I may just say "f it," dab a little POR15 in there and get to riding sooner. Guessing I'll be having them recoated in a few years anyway, lol.
-
Try again, they usually have good customer service. I have had several lsr chassis, and parts and had zero issues. It would prob cost more in shipping then it would to re powder. See if they will send you something else you want it compensate a little.

I'll try this, I've a little free time this afternoon to call.

I agree!! Customer service is a big deal to me and at least for me it has gotten worse in the last couple of years.

Sorry to hear about both of your misfortunes with LSR. I know a lot of people on here don't go to the other site but I still go on there every once in a while to see what's for sale and there is a guy with the s/n of Morgan. He works at LSR and just parted a whole LSR crf over there. He might be able to help.

Do you know who you talked to over there?
The few times i've called i've always talked to Bobby, he seemed to be pretty knowledgeable on the R, and was helpful.
That's BS though, regardless of who damaged them (UPS or LSR). It's LSR's fault not for packaging them correctly, or LSR's fault for not being careful enough handling them at their shop.

X2 - Bobby has always been nothing but helpful when I've talked to him. 87cclR you may want to ask for him directly.

That sucks! I couldn't be more happy with my axle. Everyone there that I have talked with, has been more than helpful. I dealt with Heath and Matt. I would definitely try again. Good luck.

I'll try that, thanks for all the help
EDIT -had a discussion with a different rep as suggested, I now have a credit with them; he was super helpful, offered to replace the arm, but I really want to get this build going and another week or two is more than I can bear, lol. I'll fill the gouges with epoxy and dab over it with POR15, done and done. Looks like the LSR rep I spoke with previously was an isolated incident. Thanks to all, your advice and help was appreciated.

Great to hear you were taken care of.
