This guy is something else. I originally seen an ad on this website that had jasons cell nimber qnd info that he was selling a nice set of trx 250r fenders. I made a deal with Jason to buy his "nice" 88 oem race cut 250r fenders. We agreed on $225 shipped and I paid PayPal fees. Told me they would ship out next day. Guy told me over and over how nice they were and there were no cracks or broken mounts. Jacks me around for a week on shipping blaming his wife and then when I got the fenders they are literally just wrapped in ceran wrap. I called him to tell him that the plastics were all spider webbed and one mount was busted off completely. HE said they weren't like that when he shipped them, blamed it all on postal service. The rears came a few days later they were sun faded and spider webbed terrible and had many spots were stickers were present and the sun had aged the plastic horrible around them. The pictures I received and the same pictures that others received when inquiring about these parts are and were very dolld up pictures to make product look way better than it ever was. I offered to send them back for a full refund. He told me he did not want something that the post office had damaged, he was supposed to file a claim with them and never did. I offered to send them back for full refund and I would eat shipping, or a partial refund and I would keep aid parts. Jason wouldn't agree to anything. Paypal ended up giving my all of my money back and I kept the product as Jason never responded to the paypal claim.
I only post this to prevent others from the same mistake. I was fortunate to get all of my money back, others were not.

It wouldn't be a bad deal if they were described correctly. The fronts are covered in spiderweb and very brittle. I don't buy plastic that has this spider webbing. It's so brittle I would never even use it Not to mention the large gouges in them and the mounting tabs on the left side virtually not even there.
Ya know, $230 isn't bad unless you bought complete garbage

Haha here we go again, another kjason story. I have posted countless threads of this in his sale threads. This is probably the 5th or 6th time he's F'd someone over, and i hate to say it because i'd feel like a major jerk if it were true, but i think his wife's situation is made up. He built his LSR while she was going through treatment. He was selling parts at that same time saying he needed to pay her medical bills. Then the next week you see him buying hipers. Cracks me up. I went back and forth with him on this situation one time, sent him a pm apologizing, edited all my posts, and he didnt even respond. He is a coward. End of story.

It doesn't matter what he thought they were. What matters is what the seller represented them as. And if that is not what he received, then the seller owes him money, refund, split the cost etc.

I guess the problem here is I've trusted to many people. Yes I seen pics on my phone, yes the seller told me how nice they were and kept telling me how good of a deal it all was. You know how close of a pic you have to take to make this **** show up? I mean if a guysays the moutning tabs are good why would you even ask for close up pics? I cant beleive how much **** I'm catching over this. Once again, I don;t want your sympathy, I just don't wanna see anybody else good boned here.
I'm amazed how many people think its ok that this stuff is garabge just because the guy only made $200 off of the parts. I guess when people are buying parts we should just be ok with getting complete crap that wasnt as advertised in the mail.

Oh for sure! Thank you! I told the guy Iwanted $150 back and I'd keep this garabge and throw it in my rafters. or Full refund and I'd pay return shipping. Now, how is that being hard to get along with?

Thanks for sharing, that's what this part of the forum is for. He has had bad feedback from many people over the past few months so hopefully people checking this will make a better decision. Your request to resolve it is more than fair.

i'll take them for $80. including shipping.you can leave the plastic wrap on them.i'll even give you $20 more just incase you have to re rap them.i don't care what they look like as long as they arn't cracked all to hell!!!

You are familiar with this dry crack spider webbing right? I've had fenders that looked mint other than this defect. Rode them in the cold weather got some mud on it and the vibrations and weight on them made them crack and they were destroyed.

lmfao.... plastic renew??? I could see that working on some fenders that are just dull or scratched. There is NO repairing these. I guess I need to take pics to show how bad they are. I wish I lived closer, I would have drove to get these then got there and said WTF

Rears came in today. They are better than the fronts. But they stil look like dog crap. Looks like the fenders have had some kind of clear coat put on them. I can see the backs had a ton of stickers that were faded in and ripped off after the clear job...

I read some of the BS that was posted on the other site attacking you for being pissed that you were sold parts that were not as described. I can't believe how some people act. It doesn't matter if you spent $2 or $2000, If the parts are bad the seller has a responsibility to make it right. I have been burned by junk in the past and feel the same way as you, those attacking you I bet have not been burned yet.

It might be mop and glow, but the scratches are very uniform and similar to what we see when people try to fix them when they don't know what they're doing. Nonetheless, they are in pretty rough shape it appears.

Well just to update everybody. Mr. Low life scym bag never even had the gumption to reply to a paypal case. I got every dime of my money back and these fenders now reside in my rafters.

No that is not stealing. If the seller wants to send him a pre-paid label, sure send them back. But, I don't see that happening. I see people keep on sticking up for this guy who clearly has a bad rep.

I agree it is not stealing if the seller does not ask for them back, but normally the shipper and buyer should split the shipping cost both ways so if the buyer payed for them to be orig shipped then the seller should pay for them to be shipped back JMO

If he would contact you and offer to pay shipping and for a new roll of Saran wrap then yeah,ship them back. If not then too bad for him. Its obvious that your not scamming him. I sold a fresh crf450 to an idiot,he complained it was noisy,in which I offered a refund and return shipping,instead he got pay pal involved. I got hosed out of my motor and the $800 he paid for the motor came out of pay pal also. Some people are just flat out to screw people,not the case with Tyler.

Yeah,give them back to the guy thats screwed multiple people,good idea,then he can screw someone else. Like stated above,they are paypals fenders,if they say keep them then keep them. Tyler made several attempts to resolve the problem to no avail. Imo,Jason got what he deserved and he had 10 days to dispute or resolve the problem with paypal,on top of the time Tyler gave him. Not trying to start an argument but when your a shady seller its going to come back an bite you,you get what you deserve.

With all due respect, I agree with this 100% they are not Jason's fenders they are Paypals. He had his chance, and after he does not want them back obviously because they are worthless!!

Im 36 yrs old,3 kids,wife and a house,3 cars,2 quads and 2 bikes. All paid for,except the house,not because I screwed people but because I busted my ass for years. Who cares how old you or I are! It WONT happen to me because Im a good seller,I even put that in my part out thread on the other site,money back guarantee. I refunded 2 peoples money without a hesitation. And I did get screwed out of a motor I sold before if you read above.

Do you know why he was shipping without payment? If you read all his feedback HE HAD TOO!! He did that because all of his negative feedback!! Yeah oem's are not cheap,but when you flat out lie about the condition of them,and falsely advertise,thats his own fault. I really dont see the point of your argument Opel,Jason lied AGAIN,screwed someone else AGAIN,and had multiple opportunities from Tyler to make it right,not to mention with Paypal. He flat out got what he deserved.

Yeah he wanted them because Jason lied about the actual condition of the fenders,as stated several times in the thread. And my case was a little different,I as the seller actually made several legit offers to resolve the issue. That guy Im sure got his Karma in some way or another,and so will Jason. Why is this even being argued,Tyler did nothing wrong and tried to resolve the issue. Tyler and I talked about this issue several times during the purchase and recieving process. Even the pics that Jason originally sent.

Opel, you are digging yourself such a hole here. Nowhere has anyone said Tyler got screwed in the end. He got justice. Got his money back. If jason wanted them back, he would've contacted Tyler one of the many times Tyler tried to contact him. Or would've responded to paypal. I seriously don't get why people buy from this guy. This is the fifth thread like this. He's a crook, plain and simple, getting what he deserves. I hope he gets stuck with that lsr frame and bunch of parts he screwed others out of, and has to look at them the rest of his life. I wish i could ride with him, I'd made his sorry ass look silly.(yes this means my balls are bigger than his)
