Title: shock oil ?

anyone know how much shock oil oem rear shocks require? ive got at least enough parts to rebuild 3 complete shocks but cant remember how much they take. i used to do service shocks quite a bit and had all this stuff wrote down but lost all my notes over the years.

If I a remembering correctly from the last time I had my rear oem shock done, it was less that 1/3 of a quart.
