Post by: Black Sheep on April 05, 2015, 10:14:25 PM
Sphynx, Puma, Saber-tooth and other big-bore or powervalve cylinders.

Do any of these, or any other big bore cylinders not fit in the ATC 250R frame?

spark plugs will always be close to frame, but squeezing huge intake tracts between that small area between the upper shock mount and the frame rail is going to be an issue id think.

dave moores new chassis addresses both these issues. i would contact him.

I'm building my own frames for big bore 250R/500R engines. Intake clearance won't be an issue. Just curious to what problems the big bore 250R cylinders have with stock frames
