Title: 77.5 mm bore 330 Pro-X thoughts

Have a 77 mm bore Pro-X 330 that has been running for 4-5 years and is probably due for a piston.  Motor is apart for trans issues so going through the motor.

77.5 mm is the final bore on the 330, sleeve seems a bit thin at 77.5 but there's a piston size for it so going to do it.


Has anyone ever gone out that far bore wise and had problems?


anyone's experience would be great.

If its out of tolerance then bore it, if it is in tolerance then hone it. Shouldn't have any issues at 77.5

should of had it plated on day one
