Title: never seen tires like these before

Can't say that I have ever seen a knobby paddle tire combo. I now some Skat-traks are knobby tires shaved down with the paddles glued on. Has anyone ever seen tires like this before?

I have never seen a set like that myself either. Custom. Neat idea to try for certain very sandy mx tracks.

a couple of guys used to run something similar at muddy creek TN  when  the track got really bad (which was most of the time in the spring and fall) back in the early mid 90s seems like they said they had turf tamers cut and the ribs done by skat trak.

Skat trak made a paddle on a turftamer carcass with the middle treads left on back in the day but I never seen one with that many knobs left on.

Skat trac would do anything that you wanted custom at one time, maybe still.
