Title: stator question
Post by: dirtyd on July 09, 2015, 04:15:18 PM
I have a stator that tests just under the specified range in ohms. The manual says 50-250 ohms but I get a reading of 40 ohms on two different meters. would this cause a no spark issue?

50 to 250 ohms is a very wide range. What manual are you using?   Are you testing the pickup up or the ignition source coil on the stator?
