I just recently picked up a lonestar frame. The previous owner states that this frame is designed to run several different types of engines. Since I already have another lonestar that I plan on putting a sphynx or puma in that chassis. I am contemplating the idea of building a hybrid. If I go this route, it would be easier and cheaper for me to by a complete bike, take what I need and part the rest. So my question is, what is the best year crf450r engine for a hybrid?
Thanks in advance guys.

Thanks RACER. Honda nailed it it with the 250r and I compare every other quad to it. Regardless of what motor is in it the chassis of the 250r is the bee's knees and I like to see every variation. Thanks again
