Facebook posted this memory the other day. It was a great race, so i figured id share it here again. Almost got him on the last lap, but he decided to single the double in the middle of the jump. I think if he would have been to the side a little more, i would have gotten him.

I remember this one back when you originally posted it. Yeah, that was a good race and I bet even more exciting as the racer. Man, I love ones like those!

Good video Burns. A GoPro view would be awesome as well.
You been racing much this season? Haven't seen many racing updates from you this year.

no i havent been. I have retired from MX unfortunatly due to family and life insurance. I still do some XC racing, but I had to give up MX for my family unfortuntatly. Its the tuffest thing i have ever done in my life. Im still very involved, im just not competeing in mx. Maybe it will change down the road some after all the insurance is settled.

I hate to hear that Kyle, but I think you made the right choice. Family comes first. I know one day in the not too distant future, I will be facing the same decision. I still have a little time though. We are just now trying to have kids. After the wife gets pregnant, all bets are off. lol

That's a noble reason to give up MX. I gave up MX style riding on 2 wheels after my buddy cut his pancreas in half casing a double.
Like Vito Corelone said.....a man who doesn't spend time with his family, is not a man
