New to the group and brand new to the TRX 250R. I remember riding thesee quads as a kid. I was always impressed with how fast they were.
I just bought my first 250r the other day. It's a 1986 TRX 250R. It is tore down right now because it 2as stuck In a gear.  I should have it up and going in the next few weeks. Just have to figure out where to get all the parts.

Welcome.  Lots of Michigan riders on here.   And you are so lucky to be close to the sand dunes and awesome trails in Bladwin.  I live by Saginaw and its almost 4 hours to get to the dunes and 1 1/2 hours to get to half way decent trails.

Welcome to the site. Post up pics when you can. Parts are getting harder to find. New tranny gears are extinct. Ebay usually has a selection of used or you can buy the whole thing as a unit. There is a Facebook 250r owners for life group that has many parts for sale. There are a few other FB groups to find parts at also.
