Just tore down a 89 250r last night to replace the bearings, i was under the impression that this was as stock carrier. To my surprise when i pulled it out it was a LSR carrier. The bearings in this carrier are close to twice the width or those i ordered from ALL BALLS. LSR's site didnt show where bearings could be purchased for there carriers. Whats everyone running in these things? Suggestions?
Thank you

option 1: take the bearing (or bearing number) to your local industrial parts supplier.
option 2: search the bearing part number on the internet for best price.
option 3: call LSR
I'm interested to see what bearings (country of MFG. LSR uses in the carrier). do not go the cheap route!!!
quick search and I found the LSR replacement parts: http://lsracing.com/bearing-housing-rebuild-hardware.82.0.html

if you search all balls or boss bearing they have a bearing upgrade kit. thats the one with the wide bearings you want for your lsr carrier. i just did this about a month ago
